Split each invoice into a deposit and a balance, and set the balance due at a week of pregnancy. Clients pay you directly through your own PayPal or Venmo. DoulaFlow never touches the money.

Many doulas end up chasing a balance around the birth, when they are busiest. Asking twice feels awkward. And every client's 36 weeks lands on a different date on the calendar.
Turn on the balance-due suggestion and each new invoice fills in the date from that client's due date. 36 weeks is the default. Pick any week, or a number of days after the invoice is created.

Add your PayPal.me link or Venmo username and choose one as your default. Unpaid invoices then carry a Pay button in the PDF, the invoice email and your client's portal.

Switch reminders on and DoulaFlow emails your client once when a balance falls due, with the Pay button in it. It sends one per invoice and never repeats on its own.

Every invoice shows its status, how much has been collected and what is left to pay. Filter your invoices by draft, sent, partially paid, paid, overdue or cancelled.

When the balance-due suggestion is on, a new invoice fills in the balance-due date from the client's due date, set to the week of pregnancy you choose. 36 weeks is the default. You can also base it on a number of days after the invoice is created. The date is set when you create the invoice, and you can change it at any time.
One automatic reminder per invoice, on or after the balance-due date, and only if you have turned reminders on. You can send more yourself from the invoice whenever you choose.
