The founding rate. Thirty of these exist, they are locked to the account that claims one, and they never go up. Everyone after the first thirty pays $29. No per-client fee, no setup fee, no contract either way. Fourteen days free first, and we don't ask for a card to start.

More than 20 doulas? Let's build a plan that fits your collective.
$19 a month, or $190 a year, locked to your account for as long as you run a solo practice. Not a first month, not a first year. Once the thirty are claimed, everyone after pays $29.
The one thing that ends it is a second doula. Adding a seat moves you to Collective pricing, $50 a month for two, and the founding rate does not come back if you remove that seat later. You keep the founding member badge either way, so the second seat is worth taking deliberately rather than to try something out.
We wrote down why we are doing this and what we want in return.

There are cheaper doula tools, and there are bigger platforms. Here is where DoulaFlow sits between them.
The ten and twenty dollar doula tools are real, and nobody is lying about the price. What they generally do is cap something, most often how many clients you can hold. That number rises as your practice grows, which is precisely when you have the least patience for renegotiating your software.
The general business platforms are a different story, and they are not the cheaper option. The ones doulas end up comparing us to start at about the same monthly price as DoulaFlow and climb from there, with capable features held behind higher tiers and a limit on how many people can log in. Several of them also process your payments and take a percentage of every one.
DoulaFlow does not cap clients. Twenty-five clients cost what five cost. You pay for doula seats, meaning people who log in, at $8 a month for each one past the first two, and nothing else. A busy year does not come with an invoice attached.
We are not in your payment path at all. You connect your own account, your client pays you directly, and whatever your payment processor charges is between you and them. We never add a percentage on top, because we never touch the money.
There is one limit, and it is worth explaining, because it is the only one. Fifty e-signature sends a year per seat. Each of those costs us around seventy cents with the service that sends them, and we absorb that rather than passing it on. Where a limit exists here, it is because something is genuinely being paid for.
And what you pay is not only for you. Every client you work with gets her own portal, with her appointments, her documents and a week-by-week view, and she never pays us anything. You are buying software for your practice and for your clients in the same subscription.
If what you need is the basics of a CRM, cheaper and free tools will do that, and you should use one. They are good at it. We put the real prices of Dubsado and HoneyBook next to ours so you can see what the difference buys. The trial is the whole product for fourteen days with no card, so you can find out which of those you are before you decide.
Both paid plans are the same product. The only difference is how many doulas can log in.

No. Never. Connect your own PayPal and every invoice gets a Pay button, in the PDF and in your client's portal. She taps it and the money goes straight to you. DoulaFlow is not in the payment path and takes no percentage. Prefer to collect the way you already do? DoulaFlow still builds and tracks the invoice.
No. Every plan includes unlimited clients. You pay for doula seats, which is the number of people who log in, and nothing else.
Two doulas are $50/month or $500/year, and each doula after that is $8/month or $80/year, up to twenty. You only pay for seats you use, and there is no separate team plan to upgrade to. The account owner stays the admin and decides who is on the team and which clients each doula is assigned.
It's yours. Email us and we'll send you a copy of everything to take with you. We are never going to lock up your practice's history to get you to pay. That isn't how we want to earn your business.
No, and for most doulas in private practice that isn't the question that matters, because they aren't covered entities. If you bill Medicaid or insurance, DoulaFlow is not the right fit for that work: you would need a Business Associate Agreement, and we don't offer one. There is a fuller answer on whether doulas need to be HIPAA compliant.
