Add appointment types to a package

A package's value is the visits it includes. In the package builder (when you Create or Edit a package):

1. In the included appointment types section, add a type.
2. Choose an appointment type (e.g. Prenatal Visit) and set a quantity — how many of that visit the package includes.
3. Repeat for each type — for example: 2 prenatal, 1 birth, 1 postpartum.
4. Don't have the type yet? You can create a new appointment type right here, without leaving the builder.

Once a client is on this package, these become their available appointments — and DoulaFlow tracks how many they've used versus have remaining.
