How the Home screen decides what to show you, and what "All caught up" really means.
Home is where DoulaFlow drops you after you log in. Under the title you'll see What needs you, [your first name] — a short, ranked list of the things across your whole practice that are waiting on you right now.
The four groups. Everything on Home falls under one of four headings, always in this order:
The order of the groups never changes, and a group never jumps the queue. Anything under Birth is close sits above everything else on the screen, even if something further down carries an older date. If nothing falls into a group, that group simply doesn't appear.
"All caught up" — and when you won't see it. When there is genuinely nothing waiting on you, Home shows a checkmark with the words All caught up and Nothing needs you right now.
That message is a promise, so DoulaFlow holds it back whenever it isn't certain:
If DoulaFlow can't see everything, it will show you the work and stay quiet about the verdict. It will never tell you you're done when it isn't sure.
List or Cards. Above the list, List and Cards switch between a compact one-line-per-item list and larger tiles. Both show exactly the same things in exactly the same order — only the shape changes. Your choice is saved to your account, so it follows you to your phone and to any other browser you sign in from.
Too many reminders, or the wrong kind? The settings button at the top right of Home turns off reminders for the parts of DoulaFlow you don't use, and you can clear an individual item you've already handled. Both have their own topic below.
