Add your PayPal.me link or Venmo username so clients can pay invoices online.
paypal.me/ — or under Venmo, type your username after venmo.com/u/. You can paste a full link or an @yourname and DoulaFlow tidies it up.Once set, any unpaid invoice shows a pay button that sends your client to your account. To stop showing it, clear the handle and save.
You can connect both — but only one button shows. If you save a PayPal handle and a Venmo username, a "Which one should clients see?" choice appears; whichever you pick is the button on every invoice, PDF and reminder email. With only one connected there's nothing to choose — that one is used.
DoulaFlow never processes or holds payments — it only stores your handle and shows the link, so the money goes straight to you. For PayPal, use a Business account with "goods & services" so you're covered as a seller.
