Invoice statuses and deposits

What Unpaid, Partially Paid, and Paid mean — and how deposits work.

Every invoice shows a status that updates automatically as you record payments:

Deposits. An invoice can split the total into a deposit (collected up front) and a balance (due later — DoulaFlow suggests the client's due date minus 28 days). If the package has a deposit percentage set, that informs the deposit amount. Recording the deposit moves the invoice to Partially Paid; recording the rest moves it to Paid.
