Automations — set-and-forget helpers

Go to Settings → Automations to turn on any of three helpers that run quietly in the background. Each one is independent — flip on only what you want:

• Move clients to On Call automatically — advances a client to On Call as her due date nears.
• Suggest a balance-due date on new invoices — prefills the balance-due date when you create an invoice.
• Remind clients about unpaid invoices — emails a gentle payment reminder on the due date.

Each toggle saves the moment you flip it — no separate save step. Turn a helper on and its settings appear right below it.

Automations only ever act on your own clients and invoices, and they're available on every plan — including the free trial.
