- Go to Settings → Automations.
- Turn on Move clients to On Call automatically.
- Set the weeks of pregnancy at which a client should move to On Call (default 36 weeks).
Once a day, DoulaFlow checks your clients and moves anyone who's reached that point to On Call. You'll get a single daily email listing everyone who moved — never one email per client.
- It only moves clients marked Onboarding or Active — never someone already In Labor, Postpartum, Completed, or Inactive.
- Each client is moved once. If you move her back to Active yourself, DoulaFlow won't override you the next day.
- A client needs a due date on file for this to work.
