Understanding calendar colors

Calendar events are color-coded so you can read your schedule at a glance:

• Appointments are tinted by their status (e.g. scheduled vs. completed).
• Client due dates have their own distinct color and appear as all-day markers.
• Ad-hoc / one-off appointments are styled differently from package appointments.
