Create an appointment type

Appointment types are the kinds of visits you offer (e.g. Prenatal Visit, Birth Support) — you add them to packages and book them for clients.

1. On Services → Appointment Types, start a new type.
2. Set the name, duration (default 60 minutes), and mode (in-person or virtual).
3. Add an optional description, and a price per extra if a client books more of this visit than their package includes.
4. Save.

To change one later, open it from the list and edit — create and edit use the same form. You can also delete a type you no longer offer.
