Packages, add-ons & appointment types — how they fit together

Everything you offer is built from three pieces under Services:

• Appointment types — the kinds of visits you offer (e.g. Prenatal Visit, Birth Support, Postpartum). Each has a default length and mode.
• Packages — bundles of appointment types (with a quantity of each) sold at a set price and assigned to clients. A package can also carry a deposit.
• Add-ons — extra services a client can have on top of their package.

How they connect: create your appointment types → bundle them into packages → assign a package to a client → attach any add-ons → bill it all on an invoice.
